The guiding principle for Taylo’s identity was to speak the same language as the portraits I shot for her promotional material. From developing a logo, colors, typography treatments, to Instagram layouts, at the center of it all was building out a visual universe to match the energy of her sets.
Color Treatment

DJ Taylo blends old and new sounds in her mixes, which inspired the color palette to match. Throwing a digital-retro spin on the colors calls to her bold style and brings contrast and depth to any color combination she throws together.
Social Approach

To maximize longevity, I developed a graphic system that works with color and photography backgrounds, both for solo and combined DJ sets. the color system was built in a way that allows for easy color swapping, giving new life to every poster and maintaining consistency.
